HOW IT WORKS

OUR PROCESS

We Help Military Veterans Navigate Through The VA Disability Compensation Claims Process

STEP 1

FREE CONSULTATION

The first thing we do is have a very honest conversation about your VA disability compensation benefits claim and conditions. We will gather information from you, and answer your questions. We will examine your benefits and currently rated disabilities. We will then determine what is the best course of action for you to take, after the consultation. Our goal is to do what is best for every veteran that calls, even if that means telling you we can not help you.

STEP 2

CLAIM MANAGEMENT TEAM IS ASSIGNED

If you are not happy with the VA benefits rating you have the option to hire our firm. If you hire us, you will be assigned to a VA benefit Claim Management team that consists of VA disability Claim Managers, team leaders, and other support staff. This professional team is going to get you through the complex VA Process together. We have various departments in our firm that are responsible for handling particular items in your VA claim. Everything will be coordinated by your claim management team to include all statements.

STEP 3

REQUEST MEDICAL & SERVICE RECORDS

Your Claim Management team here at Veterans Disability Help is going to start your VA benefits claim by requesting all of your current medical records, and service medical records. We will request all medical records from the VA, service records, and other evidence we think we need to win your claim. Your VA disability Claim Manager will coordinate all this with our records department.

STEP 4

CREATE A CUSTOM CLAIM PLAN

Once we have gathered and reviewed all of your medical records, and service records. It’s time to create a custom claim plan. The claim plan is a road map for your VA disability compensation increase. Our professionals comb through all medical records, examine what is missing, and do some pretty serious research to link conditions to military service.

STEP 5

CREATE MEDICAL RECORDS THAT ARE NEEDED

Your VA Disability Claim Management Team will monitor your medical treatment and keep in touch with you to ensure you are in “ACTIVE MEDICAL TREATMENT” for Disabilities that have worsened. Most veterans will need a Nexus letter from their doctor. This explains why their disabilities are considered service-connected. Veterans claiming any mental health conditions must be in ACTIVE MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. Once we have three to four months of consecutive medical treatment, we will be ready for submission.

STEP 6

MONITOR & MANAGE

Your claim was submitted, and now it is time to monitor it. Here at Veterans Disability help, we personally monitor your claim for any required items. We will provide you with an updated status every two weeks via email. If any form, statement, or medical records are being requested. Our claim management team will be reaching out to accomplish such a task. In this phase, you will also receive continued correspondence in regard to following the medical treatment plan that we create for you.
